An automated email confirmation will be sent to your email address once your order has been submitted. If you do not receive this email it may have been caught by your SPAM filter or there may have been a typing error with your email address. If confirmation has not been received within 24hrs please contact us on 0118 402 2908.

If purchases are cancelled by My Proud Moments for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Credit card payment transaction will be taken care of by our trusted partners Checkout.com. They are truly professional with a very secure and reliable system. If you meet any trouble with the payment process, please contact us via email ([email protected]) then we will instruct you what to do.

If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact My Proud Moments within 7 days to arrange there return. My Proud Moments is responsible for paying shipment costs when goods are deemed as faulty and will supply you with a pre-paid returns label. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the item will be replaced or the price of the Goods, as paid by you and shipment, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

Our standard UK Delivery Price starts from £3.99 for 3-5 Working Day postage and there are tracked and next day options too

Yes, for mainland UK destinations (excluding Scottish highlands) please select the oppropriate option during checkout.  Please note orders must be placed before 2pm for next day working day delivery.
