Delivery & Returns

An automated email confirmation will be sent to your email address once your order has been submitted. If you do not receive this email it may have been caught by your SPAM filter or there may have been a typing error with your email address. If confirmation has not been received within 24hrs please contact us on 07542 654585.

Your email confirmation will act as your receipt for the goods purchased.

My Proud Moments Ltd reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.

If purchases are cancelled by My Proud Moments Ltd for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Following receipt and clearance of payment for goods purchased they will be posted within five working days. Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date but we do advise you call if your order is urgent, so we can speed up your order where possible.

My Proud Moments aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged.  On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.  Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping. You must contact us within this 7 day period at info@myproudmoments.com.  The goods if they have been dispatched must be returned to us within 14 working days to My Proud Moments, 42 Wavertree Cl, Cosby, Leicestershire, LE9 1TN. My Proud Moments Ltd is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact My Proud Moments Ltd within 7 days to arrange there return.  My Proud Moments Ltd is responsible for paying shipment costs when goods are deemed as faulty.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you and shipment, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

All returns must be sent postage paid and My Proud Moments will not accept responsibility for mislaid returned parcels.

Not with standing anything else in these Terms & Conditions or posted on this site, the maximum liability that My Proud Moments shall have is limited to any amounts actually paid to My Proud Moments by the end user. You assume all risk of loss for shipped products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall not be the responsibility of My Proud Moments. You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability, disclaimers of warranties and limited remedies set forth herein represent an inseparable allocation of risk (including, without limitation, in the event of a total and fundamental breach of this terms of use) that is an essential basis of the bargain between the parties.
